Well, we can declare an unofficial winner now. But, let's wait until December 15 (the date the electoral college actually meets) to make it official. It is possibly that one or two McCain votes will jump ship and vote with the winner. Depending on the one or two NE EVs, plus any slippage, 365 or 366 is still possible. But I still reserve my right to demand a recount if they give MO to Obama. LOL again. After all, for those of us on this thread there is allot at stake here.
