I thought the pranks that occurred after Clinton left office were, for the most part, in good fun. I wonder how many "O"s will be missing from the white house computers come january ;-)? Some people think that never happened. I'm waiting for evidence one way or the other. So far it has not been supplied, but I heard a White House staffer say this morning that it did. If Bush's people do anything so childish they will be disrespecting his entire character. I hope they do not do it, and work toward a professional transition. Republicans have other problems besides those of adopting too many attributes from the Democrats. Republicans need to clean house and get rid of every single one of their number who is not exactly who he or she claims to be. We need people like my own Congresswoman, Cathy McMorris-Rodgers, who voted against the bailout and got re-elected last night with a three to one margin.
