Thanks Doug for the tip and thanks Bohdan for the symbol. 4 cents there can't be much paper any lower. Reality Check s at it again on
STockmans Forum in regards the the BC Securuties Commission investigation of STS regarding the dredge purchase.

I have been priviledged to get acquainted with the management of a
stock that I have been talking about Avalon Group symbol AVAL US. OTC.
The stock has 9.2 mill FD and 3.2 mill in the float. There are only
right now maybe 300,000-400,000 in the hands of a previous director
of the old shell. THe new management took over in July of this year
and are working on building the company through acquisitions from
parties who are providing capital without share dilution. Their website is www.stayhealthy.com. They are a wellness and healthcare
media information co. Anyway they are getting close to bringing in an
acquisition and having news around mid November. Right now it is around 18 bid and 24 asked and no insider owns paper under 15 cents.
There are two promoters working on this company and one has access to
the Teamsters Pension Fund. They are long term shareholders and of
course will buy at higher prices once news comes out to substantiate
higher prices in the stock. I am looking for 2.00 by Christmas if not
by the end of November. I am meeting with the Senior Vice President in
DesMoines tonight. I think this company has excellent management and
will create shareholder value to shareholders both short and long term. Its up to you to do your dd. I have met Bernard and feel very
comfortable with his work ethic and his passion to make this company
a success.
