According to the press release of Odeta which can be found through
the location quote.yahoo.com, the company reports total earnings of
.03/share which includes ATLPA. And then separately lists earnings for ATLPA as a discontinued operation.

I recently acquired Odeta and hope I didn't overpay. Can anyone tell me whether the ATLPA shares will be diluted after the distribution? If there are now 9 million shares of ATLPA and Odeta distributes
6 million shares, will there by 15 million shares total?
