It's "Obama time" here in the islands. Main change will be the signing of the Akaka bill, creating a Hawaiian "Tribe" out of anyone who can prove a "blood" connection. It sets up separate "state" and prevents the Gov of Hawaii from investigating or trying any of the "trustees." Gambling is not allowed in this original bill, but will be slipped through congress in a few years. My dance site at the International Market Place here is Waikiki will become a 20-story Casino and Hotel. We also passed a go-ahead for a 4.8 Billion rail system. Which will double in cost before it's done. They always do.
