I likes the exceptions myself ... EUTO is reducing their shares which is the exception to have a 15M float . MDCE will not dilute theirs for a 4.2 M float and AVBC is not touching their stock 18M in the float and MIDL has only 867,000 in the free trading float.

Now I like these type companies that do not play with their shares.
