How the museum came to be where it is in Little Rock is a matter of distain amongst the people of Arkansas. I forgot to mention that my brother in law remarked about the resentment locals had about siting the Clinton apologia in Arkansas after he and Hillary abandoned their state for political expediency. The ones I can't understand are in New York. Why would they elect a carpet bagger like Hillary? Beyond my ken.
