So, because of RDram Intel abandon its integrated GP?

Sort of. Timna was RDRAM based from the beginning but a memory translator hub (MTH) was designed as a SDRAM backup in case RDRAM didn't reach the expected price points. It didn't but the MTH didn't work perfectly in time to meet the market window. It would have been too expensive to sell it as RDRAM based because it was aimed at the lower end. So Intel just dropped it and the design team went on to develop Banias which was the basis of the "core" design.
