Flows in the LA Fed Offshore represent the largest portion of the decline, down 71 MMcf/d from yesterday. According to repair estimates Gulf production should rebound by over 1.2 Bcf/d by the end of Nov bringing total Gulf production to 10.5 Bcf/d. Total deferred Gulf supply since 8/29 is now at 330 Bcf.
