I don't think she was a dumb as you think. She, unlike the others, had executive and business experience. Things like making budget and payroll.

Obama has a law degree from Harvard. No executive or business experience. Before someone jumps in and says how great a Harvard degree is consider what the Harvard MBA did to the economy in the last 8 years. And that was a business degree. Toilet paper.
