No, it's not government control over the economy, it is good or bad government control over the economy.

No its government control over the economy, or to put it another way extensive government control over the economy is almost always "bad government control over the economy".

A politician has incentives to respond to do what will gain him power and popularity, not to make the right business decisions. But even if he's trying to make good business decisions, he can't know all of the relevant information. Each person acting in the market knows more about his own actions than a politician 1000 miles away. And even if he could give this information and understanding to the politician, that would just be one case, there is no way the politicians brain could contain all the information and understanding of millions of participants in the market.

Go ahead, try and make a market from scratch and see how long it exists without everyone getting together to regulate it

Sure people like to have power over things, so they are likely to grab such power.

Get rid of laws against fraud.

Straw man. No one is campaigning against anti-fraud laws.

You attack anarchy when no one here (and almost no one anywhere) is advocating anarchy. Do it once or twice and I figure its careless. Do it as often as you do and I have to figure its dishonest argument.
