It seems to me that an effort is being made to get these press releases out before the earnings announcement. Why? My gut feeling (which I hate to admit) is that the report is going to be bad and they're trying to generate some positve pr hoping that the stock price won't dump too bad. I can understand your concern, but: most of what's been covered in the last few days' press releases has to do with stuff that's already up and running at the SEEK site. It wouldn't have made any sense at all to postpone the announcements. And I should think the site reorganization (I like it) has been in the works for some time, so no point postponing that either.
