Re executive compensation abuse, I totally agree with you. Corporation directors are far too much controlled by management. Ways must be found to put the stockholders firmly in control of executive compensation. For Schwartz to be getting large bonuses is ludicrous, considering Sun's ongoing decline in revenues and profits. It's hard to find much positive in Sun news of late, but it is a positive that Sun FINALLY has given transparency to its billings, so that finally one knows what revenues are deriving from what, what revenues are shrinking, what revenues are gaining traction. Sun finding its way will take several more quarters at least, unless Southeast Asset Management, or whoever, finds a way to profitably spin off company components, or get Sun acquired at a good price. I would much prefer that Sun become a sound company again on its own.

Best, Mark
