I am unsure what the democrats will do. We can fear the worst and hope for the best.

I am sure that Obama has indeed established a cult of personality like that of Chavez.

All the sports programs I was channel surfing through yesterday were full of Obamaness is next to Godliness statements.

My favorite statement: "Obama represents everything that humanity is all about". On a sports show.

In one of these ESPN deals, two guys were going at it about multiple quick topics One noted that both had been in agreement about everything which was unusual, and he was worried if it was against the rules for the two to agree about everything. So the other guy says that this goes right along with our new President Obama who will demand bipartisan agreement on everything so he can pass all his bills.

Good luck to any Republican that stands up and fights.

A cult of personality is the sine qua non of an effective dictatorship, and we have a definite cult of personality going here. Personally I think Obama will be the strongest president since perhaps George Washington who could have made himself king.

Obama really will be free to do whatever he wants. Maybe King Barack will be a kind and benevolent leader. Yes I can feel it now-I love big brother.

Long live the King.
