>>It's not cheap, but it's far from expensive. True CSCO is currently not expensive, but if tech spending is down and continues that trend and even worsens then the current P/E could easily rise. Additionally didn't Chambers forecast a 5-10% sales drop in the current quarter? The point is that no one really knows how bad business conditions could get and how long it'll take for them to recover.
