Looks to me like citi is bending over backwards to find reasons for the downgrade. The worry about equity financing in 2011 looks especially silly. The extra expense they cite is due to those damn extra expenses associated with getting first line approval. Oh brother. Wonder if one of citi's big pharma buddies wants to buy cvtx and doesn't want to pay anymore than they have to...(:>) fred hayes
