Some deep value candidates.

These are microcap stocks that I think have long-term value and only a handful of people care about.

TAIT --- Pays a 0.05 dividend. Way under asset value, although a lot of it is inventory that they are very very slowly unloading. CEO and CFO have been buying stock recently.

LOAN --- Recently started a lending business. Great timing :) Selling at 1/3 of book, basically no leverage (unlike banks/brokers with 10-1), so I think margin of safety even if some loans go bad.

SUAI --- Dink insurer selling at less than 1/2 tangible book. Investment are very high-grade, minimal losses last quarter. Will maintain conservative investment approach, but who knows how underwriting will do. Trading at 3.30, rejected $6.50 buyout earlier this year :(

GV --- Infrastructure company (has benefited from hurricanes before). Still has a few Florida condos trying to unload. Good cash balance. CEO bot 300k shares a month or two ago and potential buyback.

I have more, but won't deluge everyone.
