Dave, since the area of the 300mm wafer is larger the output will increas. Bear in mind SEMI is pushing all equipment manufacturers to keep the foot print and output of the 300mm tools comparable with 200mm. The unknown at this point is what kind of yeld will the 300mm line achive.
