Expert system on the new economy. The new economy is based on population size and individual demands. This economy base is the minimum. Governments whether comunism, socialism and/or capitalism with welfare system provides the base of a minimum economy. Beyond government controls, the new economy is improved by the theory of demand can be altered by obsolescense, replacement and recycling of products or services. When economy is examined to be improving or not; we ask the question of "is there any new products that people will buy this year?". The economy can also be fixed by microeconomy of fixing companies which can not operate to the maximum. The theory to improve company economy is whether "price, quality and delivery(capacity needed)" is appropriate. To test the condition of the economy with the above theories, you probably need consultants of technology, and business management to satisfy the economical plan for the future( a direction if you will). Why not economists, you might ask? They are just spoilers of the economy. Top down analysis using inaccurate and legacy data, is not a way to make monetary policy. Today, companies such as General Electric has instant profit and loss statement and balance sheet available within the hour. Matters related to economy is often available within the hour. Who has the time to wait for inaccurate and legacy data?
