Steve, one of the people on Obama's economic advisory panel is L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. I wonder if any of the "you shut up" liberals on this thread can tell me what Senor Villaraigosa can contribute in terms of economic policy. He has a long history of local politics, labor organization, and ACLU service, not to mention a record of urban renewal projects, but he doesn't have any experience in business, finance, or economics. All he's there for, obviously, is to bring home the bacon. Cause you know, people in L.A. will soon have a 10.25% sales tax (combined state and local) but that won't pay for basic services like schools, administration, and the "pothole patrol." Tenchusatsu
