If you went to get a managerial job in Corporate America, a "dramatic life history" probably wouldn't help much, but top grades at Harvard Law and being the Leader of the Law Review there CERTAINLY would.

Also, the respect of your peers there would also be a bonus.

When Palin graduated from college after attending 6 schools to get a 4 year degree she would have been lucky to be considered for management at MacDonalds.

I'd like to see the country go back to the days when Presidential Candidates were chosen by the Party's themselves, rather than having "Joe the Plumbers" all over the country picking the candidates based who they'd like to have a beer with.
