they probably put that thing in a museum. I have a rotary phone that actually was in a museum. It was temporarily installed in Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History for a visit by President Nixon (for an environmental conference with five Great Lakes governors) sometime around 1970. It has a White House logo in the center of the face plate.
