Absolutely wrong - Bush served during wartime which means it was necessary for the Chief Exec to take whatever steps were necessary to keep the American people safe from attack. He succeeded in that goal. Once radical Islamists are defeated, national security will return to less than an emergecy footing.

If Obama allows liberal judges to alter the US Constitution, you will have good reason to complain. Maybe the result of the election process has proven to him that he was incorrect when he stated the US Constitution is "flawed." The loyal opposition is giving Obama every opportunity to prove us wrong about him - we welcome that prospect with enthusiasm, because in the end it would serve the greater good of the USA.
