Of all the behaviors that God allegedly specified, you picked only the sexual ones. Hence my questioning your grouping.

The discussion started with gay marriage and a lament by Rambi
that religion was an issue in the voting. So sexual sins seemed the only thing appropriate to bring up in this context.

An adult person of sound mind who enters into an agreement is not considered a victim

I think all the shareholders and employees of Enron and Lehman would disagree. As would anyone who was conned and had legal recourse available to them. As would someone dying of AIDS from a blood transfusion.

We are all very connected. I think that is possibly the biggest failure of liberal thinking when it elevates individual freedoms, choices and rights above all else. All these freedoms and rights can and have impacted other people negatively at times. As a country, we've pursued a path of social laissez-faire that might eventually prove to be as destructive and self-defeating as our experiment with economic laissez-faire.

What do you see as wrong with those frames?

It's not a matter of wrong or right. It's simply that I wouldn't choose those frames if I were voting on a Prop 8 ballot measure. But, of course, I understand the arguments behind the two frames you presented.
