Paul,
Just trying to figure out what is going on based on the posts...
The 3rd quarter filing listed ~9 million shares outstanding. The 10 million shares that will be outstanding after the offering indicates that there will be about another 1 million shares issued through the offering (must be by the company)...AFLX must have already held approximately 300K shares to total the 1.3 million that they are selling???? Those would have already been listed as assets somewhere in their balance sheet???? It seems that maybe the company will only get about 1 million x $25 = $25Million in new capital from the offering. I'm just thinking out loud....what is wrong with this analysis?
