If you put MJ on the ballot, a lot of voters will vote for it. If you put a list of issues out there, and ask voters to prioritize them, legalizing MJ will be at or near the bottom of the list. freakonomics.blogs.nytimes.com The fact is, legalizing MJ is a low priority item, even for most people who smoke MJ, and even lower for those that don't.
