Yes I'm sure.

With a plug-in hybrid vehicle it is still less expensive to get your fill-up from the wall socket than from the gas station.

If this were not the case, why have Toyota, GM, Ford, and Volkswagen been spending hundreds of billions to bring plug-in hybrids to the market over the next 2 to 4 years?

Toyota will be selling their plug-in hybrid in 2010. usnews.rankingsandreviews.com

If plugging-in a plug-in hybrid was not cheaper than gasoline, no one would ever plug one into the wall. They'd visit their local Chevron station for cheaper fuel.
