Hmmmm....you're really extrapolating from what began as my effort to explain a simple yes or no vote. Maybe it's disturbing you more than is warranted??

So you believe in the state's right to legislate and control all behavior that could cause anyone spiritual harm?

Legislate and control all behavior?? Of course not. We're talking about one CA ballot initiative to define marriage as a contract between a man and a woman and you've somehow turned me into the Grand Inquisitor, lol.

Again, it's a yes or no vote. I either vote my conscience based on my theology or I vote based on what you and Lane believe. Obviously, I'm never going to vote based on what someone else believes, and I wouldn't expect you to vote based on what I believe, sooooooo I'm confused as to why you would think I'd want a theocracy. Yikes!
