The 1.3 million shares being offered are NEW shares being issued by the company. But you're right re: the raising of approx 25-30 mil rather than 70 mil as stated in the S-3, right?...since the proceeds from the selling shareholder will NOT go to the company. It is a personal sale.... BTW, sorry to abandon ship but my sell order at 24 1/2 just came through. Personally, I have to wait till the dust settles and then I'll get back in. I have waited too long to pull the plug in many instances with great companies only to hold them for a year or more waiting for them to get back to my buy price (which is always a bad move)...I'll wait until adjustments have been made in expectations, etc...
