Intelligent" people in the McCain campaign couldn't win a lead in the polls until they chose Palin.

"Intelligent" people in the McCain campaign couldn't come up with a real response to the financial crisis, preferring instead to play Obama's game of populism.

"Intelligent" people couldn't figure out how to draw crowds and otherwise steal Obama's thunder without Palin.

Sure.......these people screwed up McCain's campaign but that doesn't make Palin smart or good person to lead this country.

I know why you want to give McCain and his campaign people the benefit of the doubt, and it's because McCain is finished.

So you think all of this is made up. Well let me just say......the $150k expenditure for clothes is a matter of public record. What campaign experiencing financial limitations would authorize that big an expenditure for two months of clothes? Its not logical. And yet, you are so willing to believe Palin when she says she only wanted a bottle of pop. You are so open to drinking the kool aid.

No use calling him "McSame," no use pretending that he's just going to be another Bush. He's once again the "maverick moderate" you can trust in the Senate

McCain was never my hero. A man who tells the kind of jokes he tells does not get my respect. And if anything, I think less of him now.

My only concern is that Palin will gain national power. If Alaska wants to make her their senator, so be it but I will do everything I can to keep her from the WH. One Bush is enough.
