We are providing our end of month broker dealer statement, showing the shares we own in XYZ Corp. We are providing this information to you with a request that you open a file within investor relations department, and maintain our information along with information from other investors. We are concerned about the overall broker dealer community which apparently has created more shares than might be legally authorized. Our concern stems from our growing awareness of the practice of naked short selling. This practice has been responsible for processing outcomes favorable to those engaged in it, against shareholder interests. We have little confidence in the clearing and authentication of the daily volume within the broker dealer community, and hope that you will open a file on behalf of all investors who desire to maintain their investments of record by providing this direct form of registration. Investor relations departments should take a more proactive view in demonstrating understanding of the floats actual ownership. In doing so, the conflict that exists between investors as owners, and trading programs executed to private purposes are mutually exclusive.
