Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between "December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986?

Do you have a link for that? I was born abroad to one US citizen parent and one foreign national and was registered at a US embassy. The law in effect at that time stipulated that in order for me to retain US citizenship, I was required to reside in the US for at least 5 consecutive years between the ages of 13 and 20 (which I did). I was never naturalized and hold a US passport.

If Obama was born in a US territory (Hawaii) to a US citizen parent, then would that qualify him as a natural born citizen?
