DH & Zeev:

I believe its a bit too early to jump in on this stock. Particularly since we're approaching year-end & the downside risk of tax loss selling is a definite factor to consider.

As exhibited in the past two 10-Qs, management has stopped the bleeding by cutting costs. This, IMHO, is the EZ part. Now management is gonna have to prove it can grow revenues if it "wants a runnup with the BIG DOGS." This is where business acumen & marketing strategy come into serious play. The BIG QUESTION is can management turn this corner?

This stock will not move until the market gets wind of a new contract for the foundary. This will evidence an ability to grow revenues.

Right now, most investors, particularly those to this thread, are betting on a turnaround to recoup some of their investment losses from the IOM hype. Bottom fishers are on the sidelines waiting for management to "move the ball 10 yards."

My avg. basis from shares still held in this one is about 5, so I'm underwater as most are. (Sold several thousand on the runnup from 2-8 just @ the beginning of the IOM hype so my net realizable loss is no where as bad as my unrealized loss.) Anyway, I figure 1 or 2 contracts can lift this dead dog from the 1-2 range to the 4-6 range in relatively a short time. Its just gonna take some talent, some time, & all-right--a little bit of luck.

Bottom line, if this thing moves up before year end, I'll be surprised. I looking at this one as "a '98 turnaround candidate;" I'm not expecting a present from Santa this year.
