Re: I doubt that 300mm tools will achieve that much output increase in it's first few years of production. The numbers being thrown around today are theoretical bests. Dave, How are they theoretical? Unless the size of the die itself increases(which I have not heard but am not an expert on this) output will increase by 2.25X. This is fact, not theory. Andrew Vance from the General Lithography thread could elaborate further on this. Brian
