I don't think S.Martin is talking about reg s for the 5mil.
"If" this is only my opinion, RMIL management is not trust worthy
they could issue reg s shares to an offshore entity and sell stock
into the rally created by the supposed short squeeze.
I'm not saying this is happening but it could. That is why some
of the people on the thread are concerned about who is telling the
truth.
Another thing to think about is that no one seems to know exactly
when Morgan/Breton's 4mil in options can be converted to common.
