Would you two knock it off!! Obama meant what he said. Those 40% that are not paying income tax are paying the payroll tax and so they will be getting a cut in the payroll tax. All part of spread the wealth.

Of course when it started, democrats didnt call it a tax, they called it Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance. So Barack will be sending out a rebate on insurance, Same thing, get over it GZ, its not welfare its an insurance rebate to share the wealth.

Whats mine is mine and whats yours is mine, its the democrat way.
