what the market cap of google has to do with it is that GOOG founders are backing Tesla, and you said it takes BIG MONEY to start a car company, so there you go, each goog founder is singlehandedly worth more than the entire mkt cap of GM.

So theres your big money you said was necessary.

These people like the GOOG guys and Musk put their OWN MONEY behind trying to solve a big problem, and they should be commended for that.
