Palin is better qualified than Biden to serve as VP or President. The latter is merely a career politician, no practical experience. In addition Joe in the past has blathered top secret national intelligence on TV. In contrast governor Palin has far more discipline than Joe, that's why her selection by McCain was a total surprise to journalists. Sarah is also a more capable, experienced executive than Joe.
