"I do not think there is a corporation in the world that would buy QNTMs DLT division for $10 Billion outright. It is just not worth that much. You are pricing DLT value at 30 TIMES SALES in your scenerio, not 30 times EARNINGS. Big difference, no?"

Jeff: Did you listen to the CC? If not, I suggest you do so; and then, get back to me and let's compare what we, you and I, heard. I told you what I heard. 30x Rev for DLT was more than the current Market Cap. If you run the $339 million out linearly for three more Q, you have Rev on an annulized basis of $1.356 billion...at 10x Rev in a company that doesn't miss a beat and is growing fast, I still think the numbers are on track.

Furthermore, there was an indication in my opinion for the expectation for the DLT business to grow another 100% before the growth levels off to a sustainable rate out in the near future.

To my way of thinking the Company is worth $60 a share right now...$60 for the whole thing...but, that's opinion...and, you surely should arrive at your own price...incidentally, the market is at the moment not agreeing with me...RTQ: 39 1/4x3/8, 10x20.

Now, Jeff, what did you hear?
