My interpretation of today's earnings conference call.

By far the best and most informative call they have done.

1) 'We are currently, in this quarter, working at breakeven level.'

2) The hosted model that they are working at with Sylantro is progressing, and they have several pilot installations going. They expect revenues from that to begin this quarter or next quarter.

3) A side benefit of the development work they did with Sylantro is that ATT is interested in the hosted model for large enterprises where the enterprise itself will act as its own 'ISP' managed by ATT and distribute services to itself...and it's far flung branches and mobile devices.

4) They have many deals they are working on that are 5-10 times their average deal size, and a number that are also 2 or 3 times as large as the midwestern state deal (which was about 700k).

5) They have now certified 36 engineers from 12 partner/resellers to perform Cistera installations. Installation is a low margin process for Cistera.

6) Support and maintenance is really growing nicely, revs 230k this quarter, similar next quarter, then it will bump up further from there.

7) They have a factoring facility for ARs of 1.5 mil with Allied Capital...they are in a position to apply for an increase to the limit.

8) The midwest state deal is 'just the tip of the iceberg'.

9) Their government deals so far have been state and local but they now have engagements with federal agencies.

10) They have not had any deals delayed or cancelled due to the economy.
