The Africa thing was a hoax by a mythical person calling himself Martin Eisenstadt. No such person. He also launched the false claim Joe the plumber was related to Chas Keating.

The wolf killing is done by state biologists preventing booms and crashes of prey and predator populations - popular as many people rely on wild game for sustenance.
