I spoke with Wayne Schumacher this afternoon. He handles the pR. Yes
he was also disapponted in the press release. From a content,quality
point of view. Sometimes CEO's are their own worse enemies ( I said
that).

Interactive in a culmination of two companies. When Joe V began this
venture he held 100 copywrites and thought having this on the books
would be good for NASDAQ listing. Not so; and now, only 12 of the
original copywrites are in company name. Company value hasn't changed.
Oh, the other copywrites are in JV's private holdings. Nothing sneaky
going on. They aren't worth more than the paper etc.

The explanation was released today but WSJ only released to midwest
edition. doesn't help the readers of BBs does it? <gg> Wayne will have
the explanation on the web site next week. correction, he will suggest
to the company (it is separate from the PR firm) to get it on the boards
as quickly as possible.

Nice man, very very easy to talk with.

I personnally don't think this will effect the investment community
ourside the net. And by the closing price today, I think I am right.
We;ve gone from a trader to an investor, but that was me to begin with.
