I am not too concerned about dilution as long as the reason is to enhance shareholder value and contribute to cash flow/earnings. I am concerned about their financing. According to the PR Firm it is still being discussed by the attorneys, but the continued delay is worrisome. It a'int over 'til it's over, and they can sign all the deals they want, but without the cash to make it happen, these are just so many pieces of paper. If they do get the cash they need which I've heard is around $50 million, then this stock will be a "keeper" in my books. Anyone see it my way or differently? Regards, Jeff Williams
