Snawk makes a pretty straightforward case as did CMF. Numbers don;t lie, they only paint a picture and tell what will not be spoken.

Regarding contimued pipings, those will be restricted and limited based on the market cap.

As to selling more and more lettered preferred shares to oids, if they continue to do this at around the 3/4 million level, it seems to be that $750,000 doesn;t last very long, somewhere betweent two to 4 weeks now with the downsized company.

The downsizing speaks volumes. It basically says it all becaiuse it states that all this previous speculating about how much is int he "pipeline" and having to be able to take care of customer's needs was nothing but a bunch of hooey. If it was true, you would still need those personnel.

In my opinion, this is absolutely the worst managed company on the planet bar none. I have personlly observed and beem very close to major corporations that went belly up over the years, and it was mostly managements fault then as well.

But this absolutely takes the cake far and away.

So many instances of never occuring promises made by the chief exec and now we are down to lating off a huge percentage and almost zero cash while not paying our bills.

Those tgings all add up and are very telling.

Optimist though I may be, I also am not blind and have seen this before.

$1.80 million was all the sales were for that quarter.
That is less than the one before it.
It is going the wrong direction.
