... she was able to debunk all the false rumors which the so called "unnamed sources" spread about her, including the one where she was supposed to have banned HARRY POTTER when she was Mayor of Wasilla... the fact is, that book wasn't even written at the time... Unfortunately this is not true. The first book in the Harry Potter series was released in 1997. SP was mayor of Wasilla from 1996-2002. There in fact were many editions of Harry Potter books while she was Mayor. I have no idea whether she did or didn't ban the book, but her comment and explanation is just plain false. I guess Greta didn't know this either.
