Thomas, I think that everyone is just watching and waiting, hoping for some news. In my opinion we will likely have to be patient. These things take time. But if and when a deal is made, we will likely see this stock really move.

In my opinion On Balance Volume (OBV) is a difficult indicator to use on OTC-BB stocks. It can easily be manipulated. For example on October 17, CVIA traded 1,162,000 shares. There were more buys than sells. It was over 2 to 1.

At the beginning of the day the bid and ask was at.040 X .042. The day opened with a buy at .042. At the end of the day it was at .042 X .045 with much more buying than selling. But I think somebody wanted it to show down for the day, so they put in a order to sell BELOW the bid. That made the OBV a negative for the whole day.

The more I have looked at the On Balance Volume, I find it is not as effective with OTC-BB stocks as it is with bigger stocks. This is just my opinion. There are other indicators that I prefer to use for OTC-BB. But everyone has their own system that works for them.
