Not much to say. They are pretty much out of cash, so much so they felt the need to list other assets in the headline.

They continue to delay paying their vendors.
I know for a fact that people are jumping ship.

Also, the fact that revenue went down means they are not getting many new customers that they can then sell upgrades to.
