We had our top in my Toronto neighbourhood two summers ago.. Here the market has been supported by a condo explosion.. Yep... next comes another kind of 'plosion :O) Unlike the last time (the start of which I bought I bought my first home) single family homes did not suffer a lot of flippers and speculators it seems but I suspect that the Toronto condo market is where they went...

Lucky for me I bought both my homes near the bottom in two cycles and got lucky in the transition.. No mortgage, have cash, can work for toys and taxes :O)

I'm wondering if I have a relatively short window to get some nice toys :O) I mean things like low prices on HD tvs will be cured by low prices on hd tvs :O)
