It is only a problem because the Federal Government has grabbed WAY WAY WAY too much of the power pie, at the expense of State and local governments but mostly from The People.

WE THE PEOPLE have allowed it.

What the hell was our majority Republican Congress doing in DC when they held power? Apparently looking for bigger and better pork to send home to their districts.
