I/m not so sure,

People need to stop gorging on sugary garbage and globs of butter,

it isnt that hard,
it is in many cases a simple oral fixation that hasnt been addressed, and dealt with, the same as cigarettes.

I could be wrong, but, I lost 30 lbs last year at age 48, and I believe that it can be done by anyone now,

call me crazy
